				Self Catering Holiday Home Sleeps up to 10 people Swimming Pool Gardens, Terrace & BBQ Area Location: Campelinho near Campelo and Castanheira de Pera









			A recently restored four bedroom villa with the luxury of a private pool overlooking the extremely pretty village of Campelo. Villa Fonte is an Idyllic retreat suitable for families and mixed groups seeking a quiter holiday atmosphere.


			Villa Fonte is situated in the tiny hamlet of Campelinho (little Campelo), where the other houses are mainly weekend holiday homes owned by portuguese families. The lovely village of Campelo is only a 5 minute walk away. Villa Fonte can comfortably accomodate eight people (plus two extra if using the sofa bed). Villa Fonte is a 10 minute drive to the large town Castanheira de Pera, which has all the ameneties you would expect from a large town. Mini supermarkets, 2 banks, post office, farmacia, health centre, restuarants, cafe bars and open air swimming pool with a wave machine (Praia das Rochas) .
















			The accomodation consists of two double bedrooms, one twin room and one room with bunk beds. A spacious lounge with double bed settee and a dining gallery overlooking the tiled reception area. A well equipped modern kitchen, two bathroom/shower rooms, a large roof terrace and a large patio with barbeque area, a swimming pool 30 x 15 ft with a paved terrace.














				Villa Fonte includes the following facilities: Washing machine and tumble dryer microwave satellite tv (astra 2 with most BBC/ITV and news channels) dvd player and video player hi-fi system large cd,dvd and video collection selection of books and games 2 mountain bikes, outdoor games and toys high chair and cot and 2 hairdryers








			A welcome pack is provided consisting of eggs, bacon, butter or spread, bread, milk, orange juice and a bottle each of red and white wine. We try to leave a selection of herbs, spices, coffee, curry paste, sauces, tea, washing up liquid etc. and ask that if you use them up you replace them.











			The house is cleaned and beds and towels changed prior to arrival and after departure. If you require this service at any time during your stay, it can be provided at a cost of 40 euros. We ask that you provide your own towels for use by the pool.











			Location
			Casa Moinho is located centrally between Lisbon and Porto airports, both approximately 2 hours by car.


			Castanheira de Pera Castanheira de Pera is a 15 minute drive away and has shops, mini supermarkets, bar/cafes, restaurants, chemist, bakery, post office, three banks, medical centre and Praia das Rocas (open air swimming pool with wave machine).








				Poço Corga Praia Fluvial Poço Corga Praia Fluvial a natural fresh water river beach just 10 minutes drive away. With ample shaded areas to sit and open spots to sunbath and a restuarant/cafe bar within walking distance, Poço Corga is a great place for a day out.








			Ana Aldeia de Aviz Praia Fluvial Ana Aldeia de Aviz praia fluvial located just off the IC8 at Figueiró dos Vinhos.During the summer months various activities are held such as aquatic games, gimnastics, rafting and treasure hunts. There is an onsite restaurant and cafe bar selling snacks and drinks.








				Foz de Alge Foz de Alge, a natural fresh water lake, used locally for fishing, swimming, sailing or just relaxing and soaking up the sun shine. Take a picnic or eat out at two local restaurant/cafe bars. From Figueiró dos Vinhos town center take Avenue Herois do Ultramar and follow the signs for Foz de Alge








			Villa Fonte is an ideal location for families, friends and couples to enjoy a relaxing holiday in a great location surrounded by natural beauty.
