Booking Terms and Conditions - Casa Sulo
  1. peaceful-portugal.com act as Advertising Agents on behalf of the Owner/s of the holiday accommodation (the Property Owner). Accordingly, any contract made is between the person making the booking (the Holidaymaker) and the Property Owner. A contract will be entered into on the issue by Casa Sulo of a booking confirmation.

  2. All bookings must be accompanied by a 25% non refundable deposit. The final balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the arrival date plus an additional breakage deposit of €150 (£100) and is payable by the following means

    • Personal Cheque
    • Bank Transfer
    • Credit or Debit Card

    Bookings may be subject to cancellation if the payment balance is not received by the due date.

  3. The Holidaymaker undertakes to keep the accommodation and all furniture, fixtures and fittings in the same state of repair and condition as at the start of the holiday and to leave the accommodation clean and tidy. The breakage deposit will be returned in full after your stay provided the chalet apartment is tidy and there is no damage to property, fixtures, fittings and crockery.

  4. The Property Owner or their representative shall be allowed access to the accommodation at any reasonable time during the holiday.

  5. The number of persons using the accommodation at any time must not exceed the maximum number as stated on the booking confirmation.

  6. You agree that you are over 18 years of age and that you accept full responsibility for all payments due and for the consequences of any actions of all persons who will use the Property during your holiday. You agree to be bound by the Booking Conditions.

  7. You must not use the Property for any purpose other than that of a holiday.

  8. The use of tents or sleeping in motor vehicles adjacent to the Property is not permitted.

  9. You must not use the Property for any activity or in such a way as to cause nuisance or annoyance to its neighbours.

  10. You and your guests must comply with any reasonable regulations relating to the Property, or the site within which the Property is situated, which will be communicated to you on your arrival at the Property.

  11. Every effort has been made to ensure that accommodation description is correct at the time of going to press or at the time of inspection of the accommodation and all this information and statements made by representatives or employees of peaceful-portugal.com are made in good faith but without liability.

  12. In the event of any problem arising on arrival or during the holiday, the Holidaymaker should immediately bring this to the attention of the Property Owner or their representative.

  13. No smoking within the accommodation.

  14. There is no lifeguard present in the swimming pool area.  All Guests are responsible for the safety of themselves and other members of their group.  A responsible adult (aged 18 or over) must accompany minors around the pool area at all times.
