Booking Terms and Conditions - Quinta dos Três Rios

peaceful-portugal.com act as Advertising Agents on behalf of the Owner/s of the holiday accommodation (the Property Owner). Accordingly, any contract made is between the person making the booking (the Holidaymaker) and the Property Owner. A contract will be entered into on the issue by Quinta dos Três Rios of a booking confirmation. All bookings must be accompanied by a 20% non refundable deposit. The final balance is payable on arrival. Deposits are payable by the following means: Personal cheque or bank transfer Credit and Debit cards Bookings may be subject to cancellation if the payment balance is not received by the due date. All cancellations must be notified in writing to Quinta dos Três Rios. The contract requires the Holidaymaker to pay for the suite booked in the event of a cancellation unless: Quinta dos Três Rios are notified of the cancellation 2 months or more prior to the start of the holiday. If Quinta dos Três Rios are able to re-let, all payments made by the re-booking Holidaymaker will be refunded less a charge of 40 euros. If Quinta dos Três Rios are not able to re-let, all payments made by the Holidaymaker will be refunded less the deposit. having been notified of the cancellation less than 2 months prior to the start of the holiday, Quinta dos Três Rios are able to re-let; all payments made by the Holidaymaker will be refunded less a re-booking charge of 20% of the total cost of the holiday. The Holidaymaker undertakes to keep the accommodation and all furniture, fixtures and fittings in the same state of repair and condition as at the start of the holiday. The cost of any damage or breakages must be paid to the Property Owner or their representative. The Property Owner or their representative shall be allowed access to the suite at any reasonable time during the holiday. The number of persons using the suite at any time must not exceed the maximum number as stated on the booking confirmation. You agree that you are over 18 years of age and that you accept full responsibility for all payments due and for the consequences of any actions of all persons who will use the suite during your holiday. You agree to be bound by the Booking Conditions. You must not use the suite for any purpose other than that of a holiday. You must not use the suite for any activity or in such a way as to cause nuisance or annoyance to other guests. You and your guests must comply with any reasonable regulations relating to the suite, or the site within which the suite is situated, which will be communicated to you on your arrival at the Property. Every effort has been made to ensure that suite description is correct at the time of going to press or at the time of inspection of the suite and all this information and statements made by representatives or employees of peaceful-portugal.com are made in good faith but without liability. In the event of any problem arising on arrival or during the holiday, the Holidaymaker should immediately bring this to the attention of the Property Owner or their representative. Quinta dos Três Rios operates a strict no smoking policy within the property. Smoking outside the property is permitted.
