Serpins is a large village and has all the ameneties you would expect, shops, cafes, bars, bakeries,
pharmacy, health centre, small supermarket and a Sunday farmers market. There is a pretty little river beach and a railway station with a direct line to the university city Coimbra. A ten minute train journey will take you to Lousã, the nearest large town. Lousã has all amenities including a cinema, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, three supermarkets and numerous shops, cafe bars and restaurants. |
