				Self Catering Single Story Cottage 1 Bedroom Sleeps up to 4 Swimming Pool Location: Vila Nova da Baronia near Évora









			Rose Cottage is an ideal rural hideaway for two on a five hectare organic olive quinta. Meander through the beautiful countryside to the local village only a 15 minute walk and 20 minutes drive from the historic town Évora.


			Rose Cottage is a detached property with one double bedroom, a modern shower bathroom, an open plan lounge, reading area with double sofa bed and a kitchenette. The cottage has beamed ceilings with a mixture of antique and modern, cosy and comfortable. The lounge has English satellite tv, a dvd player, broadband wi-fi for laptops and opens onto a private patio area with views over the olive grove.
















			The owner, with whom the swimming pool and gardens are shared, lives in a separate property on the quinta and is on hand for help and assistance during your stay.












			Vila Nove da Baronia has all the ameneties you would expect of a large village, a pharmacy, medical centre, bank, ATM machine, traditional grocery shops and four excellent restaurants serving traditional local dishes such as Porco Preto (black pig), Costeletas (pork or lamb chops) and Frango (chicken).













				Rose Cottage is a fully equipped self catering cottage, all linnen and towels are provided. The kitchenette has a 4 ring hob, grill and oven, fridge and washing machine. The reading area has a sofabed, log burner (for chilly winter evenings) and the lounge has comfortable seating for up to four people. The dining area has a table and seating for two.
















			Rose cottage is a 95 minute drive from Lisbon airport, 2 hours from Faro Airport and has an excellent rail service to and from Faro and Lisbon. Due to the location of the property a car is essential
