			The Woodlands Suite A double bedroom with bathroom. It has a balcony with a wonderful view over the woods, Rio Pavia and the vineyard, ´Quinta de Lemos´
			The Oaks Suite Formerly the Quinta´s old kitchen, but now it’s a large suite designed for families with children or people with disabilities (wheelchair facilities). There is a twin, a double bedroom and two bathrooms, one of them with wheelchair facilities. This suite also benefits from a kitchen with a fridge, a microwave oven and a gas hob. The suite has its own private entrance and balcony.
			Rio Pavia Suite The ´Rio Pavia´ is designed for families or groups, with two bedrooms - a twin and a double - with an interconnecting bathroom. There is a kitchen with a dining room and a large sitting room with a sofa-bed for two extra people, if required.
			Rio Asnes Suite A very charming and cosy double bedroom with bathroom and sitting room.
			Rio Vila Chã Suite A double bedroom with bathroom. It benefits from a large sitting room with views over the hills and the original granite laundry area.
			Quinta dos Três Rios operates a strict no smoking policy within the accommodation.
