			Quinta dos Sonhos is a beautiful bed and breakfast studio room with an ensuite bathroom in a tranquil village just 3 minutes from Vila Nova de Poiares town centre.
			Quinta dos Sonhos sleeps two adults, has its own private entrance that leads out to a walled courtyard and use of the garden and bbq. The guest room has drink making facilities and a small fridge. For your comfort during the winter months the room has electric oil filled radiators.
			The guest room has a double bed with bedside tables and lamps, a wardrobe and a 4 drawer chest.
			There is a two seater sofa, a tv with UK satellite channels and a dvd player.
				The ensuite bathroom has a corner shower with jet system, a vanity unit hand basin with mirror above, a toilet and a heated towel rail.
			A glass door leads out to the enclosed courtyard which has shaded areas and a table and four chairs.
				Your continential style breakfast consists of cereal, toast, ham cheese, rolls, jams and yoghurt with tea, coffee and fruit juice. Breakfast can be served in the courtyard, the dining room or in the garden.
			Outside Areas Quinta dos Sonhos is a detached cottage located at the end of a small village lane. There is a large patio and bbq area at the rear of the house which is available for guest use and a fenced garden overlooking grazing fields and woodland.
