			Quinta da Flores is a stunning 4 hectare quinta with 2 self catering cottages and a 1 bedroom studio in a fantastic location just 10 minutes from Figueiró dos Vinhos town centre.



			Quinta da Flores is surrounded by pure nature with a variety of olive and fruit trees, eucalyptus and protected cork oaks. Quinta da Flores sits at the top of 8 large terraces which have been landscaped and provide ample space to sunbathe or relax in the shade and take in the wonderful surroundings.








			Magnolia
			Magnolia is the original farmhouse which has been tastefully restored. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds, each of the 3 bathrooms have a shower, toilet and wash hand basin. The large family size kitchen has modern fitted cupboards, a gas oven and hob, all pots, pans and utencils are provided. From the kitchen 3 steps lead up to the dining room and separate lounge with panoramic views of the quinta. French doors from the lounge lead out onto a large covered terrace with a large table and seating for up to 8 people.





















			Frangipani Cottage
			Frangipani cottage is located on the top terrace with woodland behind and panoramic views of the quinta.


				There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with gas oven and hob, fridge freezer and microwave. The large lounge dining area has comfortable sofas and a log burner.









			To the side of the cottage there is a private covered terrace with a large table and chairs and a bbq.











			Oleander Cottage
			Oleander cottage is a 1 bedroom, bed and breakfast studio with ensuite bathroom. The room has a double bed, a double wardrobe and facilities for making tea and coffee.










				Oleander cottage is located on the 2nd terrace nextdoor to Magnolia cottage. Seating is provided inside and outside where you can enjoy your breakfast under the flowering oleanders



			Lavender Apartment
			Lavender Apartment is a new 2 bedroom self catering single story house with a large terrace overlooking the gardens and swimming pool. Both bedrooms have 2 single beds (which can be joined to make a double). There is a large family bathroom and a modern open plan kitchen living area. From the lounge, doors lead out onto a large raised terrace with wonderful views of the quinta.





			Mimosa Yurt
			Mimosa Yurt is located on east side of the quinta on a private terrace overlooking the fresh mountain water spring and the river. The yurt is simply furnished and can sleep up to 4 people. Bathroom facilities for the yurt are located on the first terrace and kitchen facilities (gas oven and fridge) are located in the pool house.

			Outside Areas
			Quinta da Flores is set in 4 hectares of landscaped gardens, there is a large salt water swimming pool and sun terrace with tables, chairs and sun loungers. On the lower terraces there are fruit and deciduous trees and a pond. There are lots of large terraces with stone walls for children to play, plenty of trees for shading and a trampoline. Please note that the terraces, swimming pool and riverside are not fenced, both adults and children should take care when standing or walking near the edges.




















			Location Quinta da Flores is located less than a 10 minute drive from Figueiró dos Vinhos town centre which has shops, supermarkets, a variety of popular restaurants and a cafe bars. There are many lovely Praia Fluvials (inland river beaches) with cafe bars a short drive away and the Serra de Lousa mountain range. Poço Corga Praia Fluvial - River Beach
				A natural fresh water river beach a few minutes drive from Castanheira de Pera town in the village Poço Corga. With ample shaded areas to sit and open spots to sunbath and a restuarant/cafe bar within walking distance, Poço Corga is a great place for a day out. Open all year round

			Praia das Rocas
			Praia das Rocas is a large open air swimming pool/leisure complex with wave machine fed by the warm waters of the Ribeira de Pera. Located in the centre of Castanheira de Pera town, there is ample free parking spaces and a great day out, well worth a visit.

			Capela Santo António da Neve
				A small chapel over 200 hundred years old sits at the top of Santo António da Neve in the mountain range of Lousã. Take the mountain road from Castanheira de Pera to Lousã and follow the signs to Capela e Poços.

			Louçainha Praia Fluvial Louçainha Praia Fluvial, a natural fresh water river beach on the mountain road from Campelo to Lousa. Shaded free parking areas, lots of large open spaces for sunbathing, cafe bar/restuarant onsite for snacks and lunch menu.








				Coimbra Coimbra, Portugal's 3rd city is a 40 minute drive and home to one of the worlds oldest universities, founded in 1290 by King Dinis. Coimbra sits on the edge of the River Mondego. In the old town narrow cobbled streets lead to hidden squares with cafe bars, shops and ancient churches.








			Figueira da Foz Within a 1 hour drive lies the coast of Figueira da Foz, ideal for surf and beach lovers. Figueira da Foz has lots of cafe bars, restuarants, shops and a casino.







				Conímbriga Conimbriga, one of Europe's great Roman archaeological finds and one of the best preserved in the Iberian peninsula.
