			Quinta Alfazema is a beautiful 1 bedroom 1st floor apartment in a peaceful location less than 5 minutes drive from Vila Nova de Poiares town centre.
			Quinta Alfazema sleeps up to 2 adults, has its own private entrance and use of the garden, bbq area and swimming pool. For your comfort during the winter months the apartment has a log burner and centrally heated radiators and during the summer there is air conditioning. The apartment also has high speed internet access and satellite tv.
			The main entrance opens onto a large partially covered courtyard which is home to a fantastic outside eating area, bbq and lounge with a large flat screen tv.
			To the left of the courtyard steps lead up to the first floor guest apartment.
				The modern fitted kitchen has a two ring electric hob, a microwave and fridge, all pots, pans and crockery are provided.
			A door from the kitchen leads into the cosy lounge which has two comfortable armchairs, UK satellite tv, a dvd player and a portable cd radio.
			The master bedroom has a double bed with a bedside table and lamp and a double wardrobe. To keep you cool during the hot summer nights there is a wall mounted aircon unit.
				Double doors from the bedroom lead into the ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, a vanilty sink unit with mirror and lighting above and a toilet.
			Outside Areas Quinta Alfazema is located above the owners accommodation and shares the garden, outside living bbq area and the swimming pool. A door from the covered courtyard leads to secluded covered seating area and a changing room with a shower and toilet. A gate leads to a raised sun terrace and the swimming pool. Around the pool there are sun loungers and umbrellas, a swing seat and a covered area for shade from the mid-day sun. The pool area is walled and private.

			Location Quinta Alfazema is located just a 3 minute drive from the market town of Vila Nova de Poiares which has shops, supermarkets, a variety of popular restaurants and a 10 pin bowling alley. 			Quinta Alfazema is situated centrally between Lisbon and Porto airports, both approximately 2 ½ hours by car.
			Góis Góis is a picturesque riverside town in the popular tourist region of the Serra da Beira on the edge of the Ceira River. Góis has all the amenities you would expect of a large town, shops, banks, restaurants, cafe bars, pharmacy and weekly market. A river runs through the centre of town for sunbathing and swimming, the shallow waters are safe for young and old.
				Coimbra Coimbra, Portugal's 3rd city is a 40 minute drive and home to one of the worlds oldest universities, founded in 1290 by King Dinis. Coimbra sits on the edge of the River Mondego. In the old town narrow cobbled streets lead to hidden squares with cafe bars, shops and ancient churches.
			Figueira da Foz Within a 1 hour drive lies the coast of Figueira da Foz, ideal for surf and beach lovers. Figueira da Foz has lots of cafe bars, restuarants, shops and a casino.
