			Portugals rail network is second to none, trains are fast, clean and on time.
			Porto to Coimbra
			If you are flying into Porto airport you can take either a taxi or the metro to the mainline station Porto Campanhã (Estação Campanhã). A taxi from the airport terminal to Porto Campanhã will take approximately 25 minutes and will cost around 18-20 Euros. The metro train has a station within the airport terminal. Take the metro line E (purple line) to Porto Campanhã (Estação Campanhã). The journey will take approximately 40 minutes and will cost €1.40. When you arrive at Porto Campanhã (Estação Campanhã) you have a choice of two high speed trains to Coimbra B railway station: Alfa Pendular Journey time 1 hour Cost €15.00 (2nd class - Turística/2ª) Intercidade Journey time 1 hour 10 minutes Cost €11.00 (2nd class - Turística/2ª)
			Lisbon (Lisboa) to Coimbra
			If you are flying into Lisbon airport you can take a taxi to the mainline station Lisboa Oriente A taxi from the airport terminal to Lisboa Oriente will take approximately 5 minutes and will cost around 8 Euros. When you arrive at Lisboa Oriente (Estação Oriente) you have a choice of two high speed trains to Coimbra B railway station: Alfa Pendular Journey time 1 hour 30 minutes Cost €18.00 (2nd class - Turística/2ª) Intercidade Journey time 1 hour 50 minutes Cost €14.00 (2nd class - Turística/2ª)

			Rede Exprosso coaches provide services daily to and from Lisbon and Porto
			Lisbon to Castanheira de Pera
			If you are flying into Lisbon airport you can take a taxi to the Sete Rios Coach Station which is alongside the Sete Rios train station and Jardim Zoológico. A taxi from the airport terminal to the bus station will take approximately 5 minutes and will cost around 8 Euros. Coach tickets should be purchased at least 15 minutes before departure. Departs Lisbon at 14:45 (Monday to Saturday, except holidays) Arrives Castanheria de Pera at 18:00 Journey time 3 hours 15 minutes Cost €12:40
			Porto to Figueiró dos Vinhos
			If you are flying into Porto airport you can take a taxi to the Rede Expressos bus terminal on Alexandre Herculano Street (Garagem Aliança à Rua Alexandre Herculano). Departs Porto at 10:45 (Monday to Saturday, except holidays) Arrives Figueiro dos Vinhos at 14:30 Journey time 3 hours 45 minutes Cost €14:50
