Located in the private grounds of Casa do Pomar, Orchard Cottage has off road parking and a splash pool.

The cottage is a 3 minute walk to the large town Castanheira de Pera, which has all the ameneties you would expect from a large town. Mini supermarkets, 2 banks, post office, farmacia, health centre, restuarants, cafe bars and open air swimming pool with a wave machine (Praia das Rochas) .

Orchard Cottage is a single story traditional stone build, the main entrance opens onto a spacious fully equipped kitchen/dining room.

The cosy lounge has comfortable seating, satellite TV (UK and Portuguese) a dvd, cd and video player. French doors lead out to the sun terrace and splash pool.
