The house is set back from the main road, detached, in it's own ground, surrounded by fields and a large pine forest for enjoyable walks.

Manderlay is an 8 minute drive from Lousã and only a 4 minute walk to 'The Fonte' cafe bar/restaurant.

Opposite the house is another forest with long walks in the hills and incredible views.

There are lots of outdoor activities nearby, swimming, rambling trails, hill walks, bike hire, downhill biking, horseriding, canoeing, go karting, fishing, paragliding and hill tours in a 4x4.
