A newly converted and stylishly furnished apartment in Portugal's Silver Coast located just 20 minutes drive from wonderful Atlantic beaches.

The garden apartment is one of three apartments at Casa das Flores and are located within the owners´ property in a small village - Leziria - an agricultural area in the Leiria region, close to the sea, with good road and rail links. The nearest town is a 10 minute walk away or a few minutes by bike or car.

Monte Redondo is a thriving country town with bus and train services, Post Office, 2 banks (with cash machines), church, pharmacy, health centre, optician, doctors and dentists.
You can also find many other shops including family run mini markets, a medium sized supermarket, 3 filling stations, hairdressers, cafés, bars and restaurants; even video hire plus a small weekly market every Sunday morning - all you need within 1km
Fully walled and gated pool area with broad, shallow Roman Steps leading into the swimming pool - swimming area of 5 metres x 10 metres, maximum depth 2 metres - with plenty of sun loungers, tables, chairs and parasols.

All bedrooms can be supplied with a cot and/or a childs bed. Please state any special requirements when making your reservation.
Off-road undercover parking.
Casa das Flores operates a strict no smoking policy within the accommodation. Smoking is permitted in the gardens provided there are no objections from any other visitors.

The Garden Apartment
Sleeps 2 - 4 people. Situated on the ground floor, so there is easy access for anyone who has difficulty with stairs, all floors are tiled.
The entrance door from the garden opens into a large sitting room with traditional and working open fireplace, capacious corner sofa which coverts to a full size double bed with lots of squashy cushions for relaxing and cupboards with equipment, books, magazines and local information booklets. There are rugs and a coffee table, plus satellite TV, DVD and music centre.

The eating area overlooks the gardens, it has a wooden dining table and 4 chairs with padded cushions for your comfort.
An archway with one step leads to the fully equipped kitchen including microwave and coffee maker. Full complement of kitchen utensils, china and cutlery. Hand and drying-up towels.

There is one large bedroom with antique pine furniture, a double bed (modern, sprung mattress), wardrobe and chest of drawers, mirrors, bedside tables, lamps and rugs. Hypo-allergenic duvet and pillows, pure cotton bed linnen.

A spacious shower room with glazed 120cm wide shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin with mirror over. Towel rails, shelving, hooks, shaver/electric toothbrush socket.
Outside - a personal patio with table, 4 teak dining chairs and parasol for al fresco meals (smoking is permitted here as it is your personal area).
