Opposite the front door is a further bedroom currently used as an office/study, this room has one window overlooking the large rear garden.
			At the end of the hallway is the large kitchen/dining room with fitted units, a range gas cooker and traditional fireplace with log burner. One large window overlooks the side garden and a door leads out to the front terrace and landscaped garden.

The threshing circle terrace (eira) has beautiful panoramic views. There are lots of fruit trees, orange, tangerine, lemon, peach, pear, apple, figs, walnuts, chestnuts, pomegranate, nuts, olives, quince, loquat, cherries, plums, persimmon, vines and more.
			The total land is approximately 2200m² of good soil, great for growing vegetables and plants, water from the water tank can be used for the garden. The whole property is dry stone walled, the parking area and paths are made of stone (Portuguese calçada).
			The Area The village is small, but the house is not overlooked. Access to the village can be made from several directions and the towns of Ansião, Penela and Soure are equidistant from the property (approx. 10Km). Coimbra (Portugals 3rd city) is only 30km North and Pombal only 25 minutes drive. There are lots of shops, bars, restaurants, and a petrol station, all inside of 1km. Bread is sold door to door every morning, mail is delivered every working day, a couple of times a week there are also fresh fish, fruit and more.
