			The Guest Cottage - Fig Cottage Fig Cottage is a detached one bedroom 2 story cottage situated next door to River House. Fig Cottage has its own private entrace and small walled courtyard as well as downstairs access to River House terrace garden and spash pool. Fig Cottage has traditional wooden windows and doors with internal wooden shutters.
			The 1st floor main entrance opens onto the small mezzanine kitchenette/living area. The kitchenette has a fitted double base unit with sink and a 2 ring gas hob a fridge and microwave. The small seating area has two single sofa bed chairs a drop leaf dining table and bookcase with flat screen tv. Hot water is heated by a propane gas boiler.
			Open plan wood stairs lead down to the double bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom contains an enclosed shower, toilet, and white ceramic sink. The ground floor is parquet whilst the bathroom floor is tiled with travertine mosaic tiles. A door from the ground floor leads out to the terrace garden and splash pool.
