River Cottage is located on the north side of the village and is accessed via a narrow hard surfaced road between two south facing properties. 			Surrounding Areas and Villages Trespostos is situated centrally between Lisbon and Porto airports, both approximately 2 ½ hours by car and 20 minutes from Pedrógão Grande, a natural lake, ideal for swimming, fishing and scuba diving. Campelo - only a 3 minute drive which has a cafe bar, small mini mercado, postoffice and popular trout farm/restaurant. Castanheira de Pera - only a 10 minute drive which has shops, mini supermarkets, bar/cafes, restaurants, chemist, bakery, post office, two banks, medical centre and Praia das Rocas (open air swimming pool with wave machine). Alge - less than a 5 minute drive, village social club with bar/restaurant and praia fluvial (river beach). Louçainha -only a 12 minute drive, praia fluvial (river beach) and cafe bar/restaurant.
