> Castanheira de Pera			Fig Cottage has two floors, the entrance opens onto the mezzanine kitchenette which has a fitted double base unit with sink and a 2 ring gas hob, a fridge and microwave. The small seating area has two single sofa bed chairs a drop leaf dining table and bookcase with flat screen tv and dvd player.

> Lousã			Open plan stairs lead down to the double bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom contains a pentangle walk-in shower, toilet, and freestanding white ceramic sink. Another door leads to the large terrace and splash pool. Fig Cottage is a self catering cottage which sleeps 2-3 people and has its own private terrace to the front of the accommodation. The cottage has one double bedroom an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. An open plan kitchen/living room, which also has a comfortable sofa bed.

There is an additional large garden set slightly away from the property also with a charming riverside setting and equipped with picnic tables. Local Ameneties Just a 2 minute walk from Fig Cottage is a small village social club serving drinks and snacks and there is a small mini mercado and silver service style restaurant in the village Bolo just 5 minutes drive.
