Casa Vivenda Paul Maria is a rustic three bedroom house in the centre of Salaborda Nova village. Casa Vivenda Paul Maria sleeps up to six adults, has its own private entrance and a fenced rear garden. |

For your comfort during the winter months the house has a wood burning fire in the kitchen. The house receives a good strong mobile signal, internet can be accessed via a dongle. |

The main entrance opens onto an enclosed courtyard. The house is accessed via a short flight of steps leading into the kitchen. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a small table an 2 chairs, cupboards and a log burner. All pots, pans and crockery are provided. |

 To the rear of the kitchen 3 steps lead to the family bathroom. There is a full size bath with shower above, a hand basin with mirror above and a toilet. A door from the kitchen leads into the lounge. |

The lounge has a 3 seater sofa, a writing desk, a coffee table, a storage chest and a tv (portuguese chanels only). |

Off of the lounge there are two bedrooms and a small play room with a traditional open fireplace. Both bedrooms have a double bed and wardrobes. The play room is also used as a winter snug. |

A trap door in the floor of the lounge leads down to the ground floor third bedroom, a storage room and the garage. |

Outside Areas Casa Vivenda Paul Maria has a fenced rear courtyard with a table and chairs, grape vines and fruit trees. The courtyard is completely enclosed and private. Beneath the kitchen and accessed from the courtyard there is a further room that houses the washing machine and a range style log burning oven and hob. |

Location Casa Vivenda Paul Maria is located in Salaborda Nova, a lovely village surrounded by woodland.
Vila Facaia is less than a 5 minute drive away and Mosteiro and Pedrógão Grande are a 10 minute drive. Pedrógão Grande has all the ameneties you would expect of a large town, supermarkets, banks, post office, medical centre, chemist, restaurants and cafe bars. Mosteiro is a beautiful little town with a large Praia Fluvial (inland river beach) and cafe bar/restaurant. |
