Casa Tileira Caravan (Coachman 570/4) is located in the private grounds of Casa Tileira overlooking an olive orchard and woodland.

Casa Tileira Caravan has two seating areas, a modern fitted kitchen, washroom and double wardrobe

Outside there are two large flat terraces and a private parking area.

Casa Tileira is situated in a smal village Carvalheira Grande just outside Graça near Pedrógão Grande and Figueiró dos Vinhos and is an ideal location for families, couples, walkers, cyclists, photographers and if you are visiting the area to view properties.

For your comfort during the winter months the caravan has central heating.

The caravan has two confortable seating areas, one at each end which convert into two double beds

In the centre of the caravan is the modern kitchen with gas oven and hob, a fridge, sink unit and storage cupboards.

The washroom has a toilet and small hand basin with mirror above and storage areas. Beside the washroom is a double wardrobe and futher storage cupboards.

Outside Areas

The caravan is sited approximately 100m from the main house to ensure mutual privacy and overlooks an olive orchard and agricultural fields

For guests with children there is big flat fenced area where they can run around safely and play ball games etc.

There is a private parking area and trails for wonderful woodland walks.

Location

Casa Tileira is 5 minutes from Graça where you will find a cafe bar and less than 5 minutes drive from the IC8.

Graça is a sub-municipality of Pedrógão Grande. Pedrógão Grande has all the ameneties you would expect of a large town, cafe bars, restaurants, shops, banks, DIY suppliers, cinema, internet cafe, schools, health centre and pharmacies.

At Pedrógão Grande you will find the Barragem Cabril which was constructed in 1954 in the Rio Zêzere to form a lagoon area (albufeira) of 55km. The lagoon is bordered by pine and eucalyptus trees and the dam provides domestic electricity. The Barragem Cabril is used locally for swimming, fishing and scuba diving and has a floating swimming pool.

Casa Tileira is an ideal location for families and friends to enjoy a relaxing caravan holiday and ideally situated if you are visiting Portugal to view properties.
