The two self-catering chalet apartments are equipped to a high standard, each sleeping up to six people. Enjoy the private, heated swimming pool in exclusive surroundings. An insulated connecting door between the two can be unlocked for larger parties or exclusivity, making a four bedroom private villa. Each chalet apartment comprises one double and one twin bedroom, both with en-suite and shower, and a double sofa-bed in the lounge area. All bedding and towels are provided, except beach towels.

> Local History			The fully fitted kitchen includes a fridge / freezer, cooker and washing machine. Cooler bags and ice blocks are provided for use during your stay. In each chalet apartment there are the usual consumables, for example tea, coffee, sauces, condiments, washing up liquid. We adopt an honesty policy – if an item runs out during your stay, just replace it with a similar product for the benefit of future visitors.

			A free starter pack is provided on arrival for your convenience. This usually includes milk, rolls, cheese, eggs, fruit, etc., a bottle of white wine in the fridge and red on the table. We will also endeavour to fill the ice trays!
				For your entertainment a free-to-view UK satellite television is included for radio, music and TV programmes. Each apartment has a range of books and games. Wireless connectivity to broadband is available and for a small fee you can hire the WLAN card for your entire visit. A gas barbecue is provided - one per chalet apartment. The 10m x 5m heated, salt water swimming pool is for the exclusive use of our visitors and a variety of pool games are provided. If you are going to the beach parasols and windbreaks are available.

Albergaria-a-Velha is our closest town (10 minutes drive away) with several good cafés en route. It has plenty of first class traditional restaurants at affordable prices: a two course meal for two with wine will normally be under €20, or a local dish of the day, including wine and coffee, around €6 per head. There is plenty to do and see throughout the region with many local markets to visit, full of atmosphere and fresh produce.
			Exclusivity A discount is offered for the second chalet apartment if taken at the time of booking for people who prefer total privacy. Please ask for details. Occupancy High season - Saturday – Saturday. Medium and low seasons – variable according to availability. Short breaks, three to four nights – medium and low season only. Long term bookings – price on application Arrivals On the day of arrival after 3.30 p.m. If you are arriving earlier let us know and your luggage can be stored. Departures Please vacate the chalet apartment on the day of departure by 10.30 a.m. unless by prior arrangement. Breakage Deposit A breakage deposit is required with the final payment. It will be returned in full after your stay provided the chalet apartment is tidy and there is no damage to property, fixtures, fittings and crockery.
