			Casa Ouro is a beautifully restored large three bedroom cottage located in Figueiró dos Vinhos just 10 minutes walk from the town centre.
			Casa Ouro is located in the private grounds of Quinta Do Sobral set in the rolling picturesque landscape of rural Portugal. The accommodation has been lovingly restored and has three spacious bedrooms, one on the gound floor with disabled acceess, a modern open plan kitchen, lounge dining room and two bathrooms. Outside there is a patio area with a table and chairs, grassed and shaded areas for sunbathing and relaxing and a huge meadow for playing, walking and picniking.
			The main entrance is accessed via a short flight of steps or a sloped pathway and opens onto a short hallway. The ground floor bedroom and a separate bathroom both have wheelchair access. The bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables, a double wardrobe and a chaise longue. The ground floor bathroom has a full size bath with a shower above, a toilet, bidet and handbasin.
			A doorway at the end of the hall opens onto the spacious kitchen lounge dining room. The modern fitted kitchen has an electric oven and hob and a fridge freezer, all pots, pans and cutlery are provided. The dining area has a table and six chairs.
				The lounge area has two sofas and an armchair and a flat screen satellite tv (Astra). For chilly winter evenings there is a log burner besides the central heating and for hot summers there is air conditioning. Casa Ouro is beautifully furnished and can accommodation up to 12 people.
			The master bedroom has twin beds with bedside tables, fitted wardrobes, a small table and chairs and a writing desk.
			The 2nd bedroom has twin beds with bedside tables, built in wardrobes, a small table and two chairs and a writing desk.
			The 1st floor bathroom has a large shower with glass door, a toilet and handbasin.
			Outside Areas Casa Ouro is located in the grounds of Quinta do Sobral which is a working small holding and you are invited to join them grape harvesting and fruit picking or visit their 4 pigs. To the rear of Casa Ouro there is a patio with a table and chairs, grassed and shaded areas for sunbathing and relaxing and a huge meadow for playing, walking and picniking.

			Location Casa Ouro is located on the outskirts of Figueiró dos Vinhos town just 10 minutes walk from the town centre. Figueiró dos Vinhos has all the ameneties you would expect of a large town, banks, post office, mini mercados, cafe bars and restaurants and internet cafe. Figueiró dos Vinhos also holds a weekly farmers market every Wednesday and Saturday. Figueiró dos Vinhos is situated centrally between Lisbon and Porto airports, both approximately 2 ½ hours by car and less than 10 minutes from Pedrógão Grande Barragem Cabril, a natural lake, ideal for swimming, fishing and scuba diving. Sao Simao Praia Fluvial (inland river beach) is a 5 minute drive Mosteiro Praia Fluvial (inland river beach) is a 15 minute drive Castanheira de Pera is approximately 15 minutes drive and is home to the Praia das Rocas (open air swimming pool with wave machine).
