			Casa Nogueira is a beautifully restored two bedroom cottage on the edge of the village Picha 6 kilometers from Pedrógão Grande
			Casa Nogueira is located on a developing small holding set in the rolling picturesque landscape of rural Portugal. The accommodation has two spacious bedrooms a modern kitchen/dining room, separate family bathroom and cosy lounge. Outside there is a swimming pool set in landscaped terraces a bbq and undercover seating area. You can also enjoy woodland walks in the 5 acre eucalyptus forest and picnic amongst fruit and olive trees.
			The main entrance opens onto the open plan kitchen diner which has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including washing machine, a table and four chairs and log burner. All cutlery and crockery are provided.
			There are two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds. The bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the cottage. Both have wardrobes and chest of drawers.
				The cosy lounge has a comfortable sofa (which also opens into a bed) and armchairs, a log burner for those chilly winter evenings, Satellite TV and DVD player Casa Nogueira has one family bathroom with a large walk in shower, toilet, bidet and wash hand basin. Outside Areas The cottage opens onto private walled lanscaped gardens with swimming pool, a raised covered seating area and BBQ., perfect for dining alfresco. Mountain bikes are also available for guests use.

			Organic Produce Casa Nogueira is a developing small holding and has a variety of organic produce available: Fresh Vegetables and Salad Fresh Eggs Fruit
			Location Casa Nogueira is located on the edge of the village Picha just 6 kilometers from Pedrógão Grande which has all the ameneties you would expect of a large town, banks, post office, mini mercados, cafe bars and restaurants and internet cafe. Pedrógão Grande also holds a weekly farmers market every Monday. The Picha Cafe Bar and Restaurant is only a couple of minutes walk where you can get snacks and coffee or have a delicious meal and a glass of vinho. Surrounding Areas and Villages Picha is situated centrally between Lisbon and Porto airports, both approximately 2 ½ hours by car and less than 10 minutes from Pedrógão Grande Barragem Cabril, a natural lake, ideal for swimming, fishing and scuba diving. Mosteiro Praia Fluvial (inland river beach) is a short drive, Castanheira de Pera is approximately 20 minutes drive and is home to the Praia das Rocas (open air swimming pool with wave machine).
				Casa Nogueira is an ideal holiday location for families and friends to enjoy relaxing countryside walks in the surrounding areas of natural beauty or to just sit back and relax beside the pool.
