			Casa dos Avós is located in the large village Pera just 4 km from Castanheira de Pera town. Pera has a village social club, church, daily fresh bread delivery and weekly deliveries of fruit, veg, fish and frozen food.
			Pera is a short walk to the village Bolo which has a cafe bar/restaurant and small mini mercado and the Poco Corga praia fluvial (inland river beach and restaurant). Casa dos Avós has a large established garden with unrivelled views of the valley and mountains beyond.
			Property Layout Casa dos Avós is a 3 story house, the ground floor has 3 large cellars with concrete floors and plumbing.  One cellar is currently used as a laundry utility room.
			The living accommodation is located on the 1st and 2nd floors. There are two entrances (front and back) both accessed via a short flight of external steps. The 2nd bedroom (approx 3m x 5m) has a wood effect laminate cushioned floor and varnished pine ceiling and one double glazed window with views to the side of the house.
			The 3rd bedroom (approx 2m x 4m) has a wood effect laminate cushioned floor and varnished pine ceiling and a small area of glass roof tiles which provide natural light. The tiled family bathroom has a large walk in shower with glass sliding doors, toilet and hand basin.
			Outside Areas To the rear of the house Casa dos Avós has a covered terrace/seating area immediately off of the lounge accessed via french doors and a stone storage shed. There is a large hard surfaced sun terrace and 3 grassed terraces with established flower beds and a vegetable garden. Enclosed gated stairs lead down the large cellars.
			To the front of the house there is a small enclosed hard surfaced area with gate that could easily be made into a parking area for one car. Steps lead up to the small front terrace and main entrance.
			Casa dos Avós also has a large outbuilding attached to the side of the property (approx 12m x 12m) with new roof and could be used for storage or a workshop.
