			Casa da Arara is a beautiful new two bedroom first floor apartment in a small village just outside Vila Nova de Poiares.
			Casa da Arara offers self catering holidays to families, friends, couples and singles. Walking distance from the apartment there are two cafe bars and a small shop Casa da Arara has a modern fitted kitchen with dining area, a cosy lounge, 2 bedrooms and a large family bathroom. Casa da Arara is located in a small traditional Portuguese village just a short drive from Vila Nova de Poiares and Góis. There are three outside terraces, landscaped gardens and a gated private parking area.
			The guest accommodation is located on the first floor via an internal flight of steps. The entrance opens onto a beautifully furnished open plan lounge kitchen dining room.
				The modern fitted kitchen has a full sized oven and hob, a fridge with an icebox, kettle, toaster and a microwave. All pots, pans, cutlery and crockery are provided. The dining area has a glass table and four chairs.
			The spacious lounge has two sofas, a coffee table, satellite tv with freesat English channels, a dvd player and cd player.
			The master bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and lamps and a triple wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds with bedside tables and lamps and a chest of drawers.
			The spacious fully tiled family bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a vanilty unit with hand basin and mirror above, a storage cupboad, and toilet.
			The apartment also has a hair dryer, iron and ironing board and use of a washing machine by arrangement. Casa da Arara also has high speed internet access available for guest use.

			Outside Areas
			Casa da Arara has three ouside seating areas with tables and chairs and sun loungers for you to relax and and soak up the wonderful Portuguese sunshine. To the front of the house there is a large covered terrace with comfortable seating, the perfect place to relax and read a book or dine alfresco. To the side of the house overlooking the garden there are sun loungers and a table and chairs under a pergola.
			To the rear of the house there is bbq area with a table and chairs which receives fabulous sunshine. The exotic bird aviaries are also located close to the bbq area, they may sing and talk to you while you cook.
			Station Pick-up Service If you prefer not to drive the owners of Casa da Arara can collect you from Coimbra railway station, a nominal charge applies.
			Satellite Navigation
			For guests that are driving Casa da Arara have a satellite navigation system available for you to use free of charge.
			Escorted Quad Bike Trips
			Quad biking is a great experience which proves very popular in central Portugal. For a small fee Casa da Arara offers it's guests escorted quad bike rides in the surrounding hills and woodland on their 2 seater bike.
			Location
			Casa da Arara is located centrally between Lisbon and Porto airports, both approximately 2 ½ hours by car. The owners of Casa da Arara are on hand for help, advice and recommendation of places of interest.
			Vila Nova de Poiares Vila Nova de Poiares is located east of Coimbra and an area of natural beauty, stunning mountains leading down to large valleys with rivers of crystal clear water. Vila Nova de Poiares has all the ameneties you would expect of a large town, shops, banks restaurants, cafe bars, medical centre, post office, supermarkets and a free internet cafe. An outdoor weekly farmers market selling fresh local produce is held every Monday.
				Sports and Activities Vila Nova de Poiares has a go-karting track which also hosts trials for the local car ralley's. There is a 6 lane 10 pin bowling alley with pool tables, bar and arcade machines, a heated swimming pool and gymnasium.
			Góis Góis is a picturesque riverside town on the edge of the Ceira River. A river runs through the centre of town for sunbathing and swimming, the shallow waters are safe for young and old. During the summer months the cafe bars on the rivers edge are the perfect place to relax, have a cool refreshing drink and watch the world go by.
