Stone Cottages, Log Cabins, Tents, Caravans and Motor Homes, holiday camping park in a wonderful location close to the historic Knights Templar town of Tomar.

Experience the warmth and charm of central Portugal at Camping Redondo, a picturesque 2 acre holiday haven close to the historic city Tomar.

Camping Redondo has 4 log cabins, 2 traditional stone cottages, 2 caravans, 8 pitches for mobile caravans and camper vans and 3 separate areas for pitching tents, Lower Field, The Orchard and The Lane.

Camping Redondo caters for singles, couple, families and large family groups.

On site there is a large swimming pool, a cafe bar serving breakfast and dinner, groceries, a childrens play area and wi-fi internet.

Camping Redondo also manage a small recycling area on site which they encourage guests to use.

Casa Rustica sleeps 6-7 people and was originally the old farmhouse. It has three double bedrooms, a large lounge, a kitchen with dining facilities, and a large private terrace overlooking the neighbouring valley towards Tomar.

Casa de Pedra sleeps 6 people and is located just below Casa Rustica. Casa de Pedra was the original accommodation for olive pickers. The cottage has a pretty and secluded garden, shaded by an old walnut tree and has its own access to the swimming pool terrace.

Oliveira sleeps 5 people and is large open plan studio cabin overlooking the neighbouring olive groves from its rear spacious and private verandah

Bella Vista sleeps 4 people and is located in the centre of Camping Redondo. The is a verandah to the front of the cabin great for enjoying evening sunsets.

Mimosa sleeps 4 people and is located close to the main entrance. The cabin has its own front and rear private gardens large enough to pitch an additional tent.

Pinheiro sleeps 4 people and is located close to the main entrance. The cabin has its own front and rear private gardens large enough to pitch an additional tent.

All cottages and log cabins are fully furnished have pricate bathrooms and kitchens and tv.

Camping Redondo has two onstite caravans available for hire, small sleeps 2 people and large sleeps up to 4 people.

The caravans are each sited in a private location and have gas, electricity, water and an alfresco dining area with a bbq.

Camping Redondo has 8 caravan/camper van pitches with electricy hook up. Toilets, hot water showers and washing up facilities are also availble. there are stone sinks for hand washing and a washing machine (a €4 charge applies), ironing facilities, bbq areas, a childrens play area, baby chaging facilities and a deposito for chemical toilet waste.

Due to the layout of the camping park, Camping Redondo does not accept vehicles longer than 7 meters.

Camping Redondo is made up of stepped terraces and can accommodate up to 20 tents (large and small). The camping pitches are located in sites designated The Orchard, The Lane and the Lower Field.

The Lower Field is ideal for large groups who would like their own private space, the lower field can accommodate 2-3 large tents.

The Orchard is ideal for families with young children or those wanting a shaded location. The Orchard has its own electricity, water and lighting.

The Lane is ideal for those wanting to park their vehicle next to their tent and a is a more secluded location.

Camping Redondo welcomes large groups (up to 30 people) outside of the peak summer season (July and August).
